Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us. When notifying us up to 7 days in advance, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. If notifying us less than 7 days in advance of your tour, your deposit will not be refunded. Depending on availability, we will try to reschedule your tour to a time and date which better suits you. Booking times and day may be subject to change due to unsafe weather/sea conditions. You will always be notified if this is the case as soon as possible. If your booking is for any reason cancelled by us you will be issued a full refund.
